I am attempting to install the product evaluation, but the Integration Wizard failed with the error message, "Cannot download file name.zip. Error: 800C000." How can I fix this?
If you received the error above or another download error (such as 80080005), please try the following ways:
- Verify that you have the administration rights; if not, please log on as administrator and run the Integration Wizard again.
- Enable TLS/SSL in Internet Options: Run Internet Options (Win + R and type "Internet Options"), go to the "Advanced" tab, and ensure "Use TLS 1.0" (or higher) is checked.
- Clear Temporary Files: Clear browser caches and temporary internet files.
- Check your Internet Connection: Often, this error indicates an unstable internet connection.
